1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Bringer Sea-Air website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bringer Sea-Air provides multimodal freight logistics services combining ocean and air transport from Asia to Latin America via US gateway hubs. All services are subject to availability and applicable regulations.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on actual cargo dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and prevailing market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking acceptance.

4. Shipping & Liability

Bringer Sea-Air acts as a freight forwarder and is liable in accordance with applicable international conventions and local laws governing multimodal transport. Liability for loss or damage is limited as specified in the applicable bill of lading or transport document.

Shipments are subject to inspection by customs and regulatory authorities at origin, transit, and destination points. Any delays arising from such inspections are beyond our control.

5. Prohibited Goods

Clients may not ship goods that are illegal, hazardous (unless pre-approved), or otherwise prohibited by the laws of the origin, transit, or destination countries. Bringer Sea-Air reserves the right to refuse or return any shipment containing prohibited items.

6. Insurance

Cargo insurance is the responsibility of the shipper unless explicitly arranged through Bringer Sea-Air. We recommend all clients obtain adequate insurance coverage for their shipments.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in the suspension of services or a lien on goods in our possession.

8. Force Majeure

Bringer Sea-Air shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or port congestion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bringer Sea-Air or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
